Staff/Sr Staff Postgres Dba( Postgres | Dba | Aws | Pl/Pgsql)

Overall experience of 8+ years
- Minimum 5+ years experience as DBA supporting critical 24x7 production applications
- Minimum 3+ years exclusively in Postgres database, preferably hosted on AWS RDS
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure.
- Open to working with teams spread across timezones
- Proficient with PL/pgSQL
- Should be well versed with fine tuning database performance
- expertise to manage database maintenance operations like dB vacuum with minimal customer impact.
- Experience implementing dB best practices in the past
- Deep understanding of what it takes to support millions of database transactions
