The role is recognized as a specialist in fraud prevention and detection area delivering activities as per the team strategy and providing support, inputs and guidance to various _VOISstakeholders. The role has global deliverables across _VOIScenters and reports to the _VOISGlobal Senior Fraud Manager. The role is part of a _VOISglobal team within the _VOISCorporate Security function.Role purposePerform the allocated activities to implement the Fraud control testing strategy across _VOIS centres;Perform Fraud Risk Assessment activities as per the defined plan and team strategy;Coordinate the evidence collection activities for all internal reporting/assurance activities.Support, provide inputs and contribute to implement the _VOIS Fraud Management Awareness program.As a recognized specialist in fraud, has relevant experience in fraud prevention and detection activities with a focus on fraud controls evaluation;Uses best practice knowledge and experience to evaluate the existing anti-fraud controls and propose to improve organization's preventive and detectivDirect responsibility for performing fraud control testing activities, reporting, and any other relevant activities;Work in a global team with team members basedacrossall _VOIScenters.Competencies, Knowledge and experience:5-8 years'experience in Fraud Management related activitiesSolid knowledge regarding SharedServices/Captive/ ITeS/Telecom andtheirinternal processesPreferably, a CFE though not a mandateAnalytical thinking and attention to the detailsAdvanced communication skills and stakeholder management skillsResults oriented and focus on prioritiesCoordination skills, results oriented and focus on prioritiesAbility to deliver under strict deadlinesExperience in working in international environment_VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer Commitment India:_VOISis proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
