Job DescriptionSystem Configuration: Configure and maintain the Ceridian Dayforce system to meet the organization's HR, payroll, and workforce management requirements, including employee profiles, pay structures, tax codes, and benefits packages.Data Management: Oversee data migration and ensure data accuracy during system upgrades and integrations. Perform data imports, exports, and transformations as needed.User Support and Training: Provide training and support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system-related tasks. Ensure that employees can effectively use the Dayforce system.Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards within Ceridian Dayforce to provide insights into workforce data, payroll expenses, and other relevant metrics. Utilize reporting tools to deliver actionable data.Security and Access Control: Manage user access and security settings within the Dayforce system to protect sensitive HR and payroll data.Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system issues, errors, and discrepancies. Collaborate with Ceridian support and vendors when necessary.System Enhancements: Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to identify opportunities for system improvement and automation, proposing changes to optimize business processes.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Ceridian Dayforce configuration, business processes, and integration points to facilitate training and troubleshooting.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Ceridian Dayforce Administrator or a similar HRIS/HRMS role.In-depth knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce HCM, including configuration, data management, and reporting.Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and regulations.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.High attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong project management skills (a plus).5+ years of experience with Finance/HRIS and Payroll applications.
