Assist with the design and rollout of the procure-to-pay process that would bring in strong controls and visibility on business spend within the organisation. Manage and streamline the PO approval processPreparation of daily journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations that drive an accurate and timely close Manage the T&E review and approval processDrive compliance on employee expenses in accordance with the Company's guidelinesOwn monthly reporting on vendor spendHelp with accounting system implementation projects to scale accounting operations Work with the Controller on various ad hoc projects such as: YE 1099 reporting; accounting process improvements; Audit readiness etc.Basic Qualification:5+ years of accounting experience in the Accounts Payable function for the US EntitiesNetsuite or other AP tool experience requiredProven ability to prioritise workloads across team members with minimal supervisionDetail-oriented, organised and able to perform work at the highest levels of accuracyExcellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills to develop a collaborative working relationship with cross-functional teamsRequired to work in partial US office hoursPreferred Qualification:Accounting system implementation experienceWe are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
