EDG provides the principles, policies, processes, architecture, and governance to enable consistent, trusted, and usable data to drive accurate data-driven business outcomes.Primary Responsibilities:The Sr. Analyst of Enterprise Data Governance Quality Assurance will be responsible for assessing and validating our Data Activation program to challenge the effectiveness and consistency of program execution and processes. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for:Supporting the execution of the effective challenge of data risk management throughout the Data Activation program.Supporting the development and maintenance of processes, documentation, and test cases to perform effective challenge and quality assuranceSupport the management of the sampling methodology, process and controls review to identify control gaps and improvement opportunitiesExecuting tests and reporting results, issue logging, and ensuring resolution of findingsReporting on adequacy of Data Activation implementation to drive consistency of data risk management throughout the Federated Data Offices.Collaborating across EDG and other teams to support compliance with Data Governance, Data Management, and other policies.Qualification Requirements:A successful candidate will have:2+ years of data governance, risk management, or audit experience, preferably within a regulated banking institutionUnderstanding of control testing; ability to document and assess control testsOrganizational skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills with an ability to take complex technical information and translate it into clear communications (presentations/memos)Strong analytical skillsBachelor's degree required; concentration, master's degree or professional certification in data risk management, internal audit, operational risk, etc. preferred.We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
