Together, we're the next BIG thing in data.Job DescriptionSpecialist 2, Account Management (Distribution)Business Operations account management , Order to Cash & Customer support , Liaising with sales team managing forecast, inventory; Analyze customer's demand and request for supply allocation to close Customer's demand & sales Forecasts gaps.Work with sales team to bring in the right Quantity and mix of supply to support the Sales ForecastValidate and process orders in ERP system, daily review backlog and ensure smooth delivery & timely supply arrival into the HUBs or arrival into customer directly.Liaise with supply chain planning team to secure supply and manage customer backlog priorityEnsure Monthly & Quarterly Volume Targets are met.Deal with day to day customer enquiry and escalate within cross functional teams to prioritize based on BU directivesKeep minimum WOS targets actively monitor channel inventory situationOperational model optimization: understanding of incoterms, freight terms and logistical referencesMonitor Risk of Loss lag days to avoid Revenue recognition reversal.Support Customer's EDI requirements. Link up logistics team, ERP teams to work on it.Work with customers to solve POS and inventory reporting issuesSupport finance team to deal with customer credit issuesMIS reporting – Daily, weekly, monthly backlog/shipment monitoringSales Operations account management Finance & legal supportNew customer set up; New hub set upWork with cross functional team to set up POS and inventory reportingCope with internal audit process for quarter end revenue recognition testing.Billing corrections & disputes disposition together with financeMaintain customer master accounts in lieu with the contractProvide operational inputs/suggestions during customer contract reviewQualifications1. Bachelor's degree or above. MBA in Marketing/Operations preferable2. Min 3 years account management/order fulfillment/customer service/supply chain planning experience in the electronic industry (semiconductor, Storage, IT etc.); Experience working with large distributions is a plus.3. Excellent communication/inter-personal skills4. Good understanding of the diversified business models of storage industry and familiar with the various operational models' behavior (e.g. direct sales, distribution, VMI, Consignment etc)5. Capable of quickly analyzing and resolving complicated business issues6. A result-driven team player and solution provider; Able to work under dynamic business environment with pressure;7.
