Our Exciting Opportunity:We are now looking for a Solution Architect- Service Delivery Hub (SDH), who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high-level designYou willBe part of service delivery team working on pre-sales engagements and delivery program in BSS.Empowered to Deliver complex Charging system programs which include E/// and other vendor's products.Own the proposals. Identify and proactively drive new business opportunitiesAnalyze customer requirements, and drive the solution.Interface with customer for all technical discussions and mattersUnderstand customer network deployments and should be able to propose solutions for customer needs.Define Scope and design by using BSS solution offerings with focus on product roadmap.Work closely with Customer, Solution Area, Domain team and Product development team for solution and service readiness.Develop technical presentations, proposals, and perform customer presentationsParticipate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharingTo be successful in the role one must have:Degree in Computer Science/IT, Engineering, or equivalentOverall 10-14 years of experience out of which at least 6-8 years as an Architect in Telecommunications and leading large-size projects.Extensive knowledge and experience in multiple BSS portfolio products, including the Charging system and ECM, EOC, capabilityExcellent technical presentation and interpersonal skillsGood experience in virtualization and cloud technologies (Good To Have).Problem-solvingStrategic / Creative / Innovative thinking.Why Join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
