FE Developer : Production support/ Development?Mandatory Skills 5+ years of Experience in VB(preferably VB6.0)/.net/ASP, Delphi, MS-SQL, Crystal report.Knowledge of Client- Server Architecture with .net framework.Responsibilities :-Ability to prioritize and manage critical project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.-Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form.-Able to contribute in performance optimization and tuning of large applications in a clustered environment.-Involves in troubleshooting and debugging of critical issues, problems in live production region.-Mentoring junior team members and helping senior team members and architects in solution decisions.- Understanding of DEVOps shall be an added advantage
