Software Development Manager – Ibm Storage Protection

In this role, one has to lead and manage a large, highly skilled development/support team. In addition to personnel management, this role will be required to handle issues reported by the customers in the field, work closely with the global stakeholders and work on new functional enhancements.This role focuses on ensuring high quality and availability of the product features and components as well as partnering with the Product Management and other stakeholders. It will involve collaboration across software/hardware/ storage teams, the leadership team on organization wide initiatives, working with external/internal sponsor users and customers during critical situations.
