Site Reliability Engineer

HIRING FOR RAZORPAYResponsibilities:- Maintain the production environment by monitoring availability and ensuring system health.- Optimize system performance and innovate to continually improve capabilities and meet customer needs.- Ensure application and infrastructure scalability, performance, and disaster recovery planning.- Provide primary operational support and engineering for systems.- Analyze metrics from operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault-finding.- Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for existing and new products.- Proactively identify problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.- Design and support solutions for CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), REST APIs, and other services on AWS.- Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues between on-prem, cloud, and public networks.- Contribute to infrastructure improvement projects related to performance, security, autoscaling, and cost optimization.- Set up monitoring on production systems to minimize outages.Requirements:- Experience: 1 - 4 years.- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering.- Hands-on experience with AWS Core and Managed Services including VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, DocumentDB, EKS (Kubernetes), CloudFront, and Elasticsearch service in a production environment.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Deep knowledge of scalability and reliability engineering.- Experience with EFK and Dynatrace or any other monitoring tools.- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
