Position: ServiceNow Developers Immediate Joiner requiredExperience: 5 to 10 yearsLocation: Pune (Hybrid)Mode of hire: Full-time (Permanent)Education Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/MBA/MCA1.IT Service Management (ITSM) Developer: 2 positions2.IT Operations Management (ITOM) Developer: 3 positions3.Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer: 2 positionsKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.Collaborate with project teams to define and implement ServiceNow solutions that integrate with other enterprise systems.Perform system and integration testing, as well as support user acceptance testing.Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow instances.Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and updates to leverage new functionalities.Requirements:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.Specific experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or GroupAudit, depending on the role applied for.For the L1 Support role, a minimum of 2.5 years of experience with GroupAudit is required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
