ØCapable to handle minimum 20 to 25 FSE's (on-roll).ØBase Location Geographical knowledge required.ØTeam handling & motivationØHandling merchants complaints day to days basisØAllocation of the complaints to the FSE's based on pin codes.ØHe should aware of the TaT closer (with in the time line) minimum 48 hoursØDevice return pic-up from merchant by service team (FSE's).ØTeam follow-ups on merchants complaints vs closer part.ØFinally Team (FSE) productivity responsibility.
