Working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and data analytics, you will leverage your technical expertise to identify growth opportunities, design experiments, and rapidly iterate on solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.You will also be responsible to turn product ideas into reality by designing components and services for new feature developments. You will implement scalable architecture and work with an enthusiastic team contributing to products that will be critical for company operations, including salesforce integration, payment management, internal tool development etc.What You'll Do:Collaborate with several cross functional teams to design and document scalable solutionsWrite secure, maintainable code that powers the platform that provides real time visibility into company's assetsBuild and make scalable design choices for API interfaces to work across internal and external applications and services Build appropriate monitoring, logging, debugging for the health of the systemActively work on our AWS cloud infrastructureMentor and learn from the developers within the engineering organizationUtilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and measure the impact of implemented initiatives.Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in growth hacking, user acquisition, and retention strategies to continuously innovate and drive improvements.What We're Looking For:B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field3+ years software development experienceAn affinity for creating software that is extensible, performant, and easy to readExperience building product infrastructure, distributed systems and data modelsExperience in Ruby on Rails, Go Lang, Java, or similar languageExperience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and CassandraExperience building for Cloud Infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, Azure or private clouds
