Senior Process Analyst-C&B

As Senior Service Associate - Compensation & Benefits, you will be supporting in designing, implementing, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits, and retirement benefits.You are expected to keep abreast with the market and labor law knowledge particularly in relation to benefits and payEnsure compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulationsProvide recommendation for fixation of Compensation at the time of hiringEnsure effective management and maintenance of HR Records.Ensure proper implementation and completion of the process including Half Yearly and Annual Reviews within the business as per the guidelines for all employeesTimely issuance of Annual increment , Incentive and promotion Letters for employeesAmendment of existing policies, processes and guidelines.Communication of Policies processes and guidelines to employeesSupport C&B leader in establishing guidelines, standards and processes across the organization and ensure an effective and efficient way of operating HRAssist the implementation of company programs, procedure, methods and practicesDevelop a good understanding of HR processes and tools through active collaboration with business SME's
