About the teamThe strategy team at Myntra leads the development of long-term strategy for the company and its business units. By leveraging fact-based analyses, consumer insights and market intelligence, the strategy team identifies strategic focus areas and influences strategic and operational decisions for the company. The team works directly with the CEO and senior business leaders. The team collaborates with leaders across functions to ensure seamless execution of recommended strategic initiatives. Role & Responsibilities:Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insightPartner with business unit heads and senior leaders to understand their strategic choices/ problem areaOutline strategic choices and develop fact-backed solution themes/ recommendationsDevelop high-quality materials and align with various cross-functional stakeholdersConvert strategies into action and drive the changes requiredPartner with external consultants, sellers, brands for deeper grasp of market trendsThis role involves owning and driving critical medium to long-term, large-scale transformational projectsStructure and conduct analyses along with analysts in the team as per the long-term strategic charters.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (revenue, marketing, supply chain, engineering, product, etc.) to crystallize the recommendations into initiatives with defined timelines and impact.Track the status of the initiatives vs. the expected impact and timelinesQualifications & Experience3+ years of experience in strategy from consumer internet companies/top tier consulting firms.MBA from a top tier institute.Strong analytical and presentation capabilities (MS Excel, PowerPoint).Proven expertise in stakeholder management, aligning with cross-functioning teams and bringing them to a consensus.Sharp business acumen and problem solving skills
