Senior Manager R & D ProjectREPORTS TO : Director R & DDEPARTMENT : R & D HardwareDESIGNATION : Senior Manager R & D ProjectWORK LOCATON : BengaluruBASIC FUNCTION: Support product development and product launch throughProject Management that involves developing and monitoring project schedules, facilitating team members in achieving results as per schedule finalized, and evaluating team members performance in terms of new product development capability as per pre-agreed plan.RESPONSIBILITIES:Work as a technical Lead to drive innovation and integration of new technologies in the R & D organizationContribute to technology roadmap aligned to business viewpointsWork proactively with the business to develop new product developmentsDrive identification of project scope, coordinate with stakeholders to identify goals, time frame, resources and budgetKeep up to date on overall activities of the team, monitor progress, identify critical path and take corrective actionAccountable for on time execution as well as overall success of the projectsManage multiple projects / assignments in parallelAny other responsibilities as allotted by ManagementREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Excellent Electrical knowledge and appreciable knowledge in ElectronicsShould have work experience in Embedded Devices Testing and Hardware DesignStrong knowledge in C and willing to codeGood analytical thinking and understanding of metering industryKnowledge in Mathematics and Digital Signal ProcessingDemonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, facilitate and track projects using applicable project management toolsKnowledge of latest Project Management Tools in R & DExcellent facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skillsStrong stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing skills.QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / COMPENSATION:Graduate Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)Around 12 15 years of experienceSalary around Rs. 25 Lakhs per annum ( Negotiable)
