Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial AnalystPrincipal ResponsibilitiesResponsible for preparing month-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, tax and other local filings.Assist towards annual statutory, tax and transfer study and audit as per local gaap requirements.Assist in reconciling information and responding to requests for information to assist with consolidation by parent US Company as per USGAAPFacilitate requests from various departments including tax authorities, external auditors and regulators.Interaction with various internal stakeholders across finance and various departments in Asia, Europe and NY and external stakeholders including Banks, auditors, tax advisors.Assist in Identification and drive various finance related projects (local and regional), assist in ad-hoc projects as needed.Qualifications/Skills Required8 to 10 years post-qualificationChartered Accountant with relevant corporate accounting experienceGood knowledge of IFRS and India GAAP. US GAAP Experience preferredExcellent analytical and communication skills (both oral and written) requiredStrong technical proficiency with web applications and MS Office (strong Excel skills)Ability to multi-task as well as meet short deadlines in a demanding environment and time management skills.Good interpersonal and communication skillsSolid analytical skills and judgment – strong attention to detailTeam player
