We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery Analyst for Grade Ito join our Data and Analytics Site Reliability Operations team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: ProvideLevel 1 and Level 2 support.Identify and troubleshoot issues related to on premise and cloud-based applications and services in a timely manner. Conduct basic investigation and follow standards to resolve or escalate. Monitor systems to optimize performance and uptime to assist with meeting service levels.Co-ordinate setup of DEV/QA/UAT environmentsWill be responsible for providing support according to priority level of incident or priority tickets, as per severity of escalation and Service Level Agreement ( SLA ) Troubleshooting, Application Problem Solving with good communication coordinating with stakeholders and understanding requirements.Suggest ideas, take lead on projects, and provide technical solutions to new issuesAbility to learn new applications and services quickly. Understand how applications and services can be integrated to work togetherA positive attitude, good teamwork, professionalism & interpersonal skills, proactively seeking solutions, taking initiative where necessary. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with business associatesTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Should have significant experience in Production Support environment managing L1 and L2 activitiesAbility to understand web-application functionalities, customizations, browser & resolution support, responsiveness.Basic understanding of UNIX commands for searching logs and configuration files on the serverExperience with Grafana, JIRA, Service now ,Confluence, New Relic and Opsramp is desirable Strong written and verbal communication skillsCandidate should be ready to work in 24x7 rotational shiftsAbility to understand SQL statements (joins, updates, scripts for analysis, etc.) and DB objects.Experience with environment configuration.Infrastructure troubleshooting experience.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
