Job Description1. SAP HR and Payroll Functional Consultant with 7 to 8 years of Experience in SAP HCM Payroll2. Should have Hands-on design and configuration experience on the below areas.India Payroll, Organization Management and PAUnderstanding the India payroll schema PCR Schema processPayroll Operations Schema PCRPayroll Integration and Payroll InterfacesPayroll Tax, Gross to Net processing Including Taxes,3. Should clearly understand the customer's requirements and plan the customizations within the SAPsolution to match the customer's needs.4. Should have Experience translating Client Business rules to technical Business requirements.5. Should Involve in full cycle SAP Application development of New Services and Major Enhancementdevelopments as Business Analyst, HRMS Domain Consultant, SAP Solution Designer and FunctionalTester.6. Provides accurate and timely estimates for assigned work and documentation for all completed workassignments.7. Oversees integration with other SAP HR components such as Personnel Administration and PersonnelTime Management.8. Runs payroll using combination of SAP and third-party products.9.
