About the Role:We are looking for a sales Executive.Location: Pimple Saudagar, PuneJob Type: Full Time, Work from OfficeRoles and Responsibilities:Lead Conversion: Effectively convert qualified leads into sales, meeting or exceeding set targets.Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction andrepeat business.Negotiation: Conduct negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize contracts with clients tosecure business deals.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals andobjectives.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identifynew opportunities and areas for improvement.Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, outliningachievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.Requirements:Proven experience in sales or pre-sales roles within the interior design or related industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Knowledge of interior design principles and industry trends is a plus.Minimum experience of 2 years
