As a Real Estate Research Analyst focusing on product improvements, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our offerings and driving value for our clients. You will be responsible for analysing market trends, conducting research, and identifying opportunities to optimize our products and services. This role requires a strong analytical mind-set, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.Responsibilities:1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate industry.2. Analyse data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing products and services.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to gather insights and feedback.4. Identify areas for product improvements and enhancements based on market analysis and client feedback.5. Develop strategic recommendations to optimize product features, pricing strategies, and customer experience.6. Work closely with the product development team to prioritize enhancements and oversee the implementation process.7. Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to stay informed about best practices and market dynamics.8. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
