Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Must have experience extracting data from the ITSM tool i.e. SNOW.Must have experience in exporting data from SNOW and other related tools and creating customized reports.Respond to ad hoc inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and help with extracting data to create reports in PPT, Excel and other related templates.Design, maintain and enhance various types of dashboards.Creating Managed Services metrics / reports / dashboards using Advanced Excel / Power BI / TableauComplete all internal and client-driven reporting/ analytic requestsProvide trends in data that could help improve business procedures and practices. Provide feedback on technology enhancements that could improve analytic tracking.
