Release Manager

Responsible for leading cross functional projects, programs, and releases to bring software offerings to the market for our OEM and IPP business partners.Work with the engineering teams, product management teams, and business partners to develop and execute scope and schedule of the solutions.Responsible for putting together risk mitigation plans, identifying & managing dependencies, escalation of issues, closely managing scope and schedule and reporting status.Responsible to get various software release approvals including Product export classification, Product license, Open-Source license, Globalization, Accessibility etc.,Being proactive and have growth mindset of addressing complex issues. Work with leadership to identify and improve process efficiency.Manage and lead initiatives involving multiple functions across a portfolio of project teams to drive the engineering development and execution process for as a service offering and solutions.Manage the release schedules, critical deliverables, key milestones, and other key requirements for successful delivery.Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies for process optimization.
