? Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the Ladakh region.? Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.? Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, government agencies, and communityorganizations.? Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.? Plan and implement marketing campaigns.? Oversee all aspects of operations in the Ladakh region, including staffing, logistics, and customer service.? Ensure the smooth execution of stargazing events and activities, adhering to company standards andsafety protocols.? Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementingcorrective actions as needed.? Manage budgetary resources effectively to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.? Plan, coordinate, and monitoring execution of field events, Stargazing, workshops, and educationalprograms in collaboration with the central team.? Ensure that events are well-promoted and attended, maximizing participant satisfaction andengagement.? Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to secure necessary resources and support forevents.? Establish and maintain productive relationships with government agencies and officials at the local,regional, and national levels.? Negotiate and manage agreements, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements related tooperations and events.? Advocate for policies and initiatives that support the development of space tourism and astronomyactivities in the Ladakh region.
