1. Must have minimum 18+ Years of Experience in Research and Development related field.2. Must have experience in Power Electronics, Drive or Drive Products, VFD, PLC.3. Should have experience or knowledge in commissioning or Maintenace of Drives and PLC.4. must have team handling exp of 150+ head counts.5. R&D budget handling experience.6. Global stakeholder management.7. look for Product company candidates with experience in Industrial Automation domain.8. don't look for Sales, Marketing Background9.
