Quality Control Specialist, RegulatoryCACTUS is currently looking to add a self-motivated, entrepreneurial member to our medical communications team in Mumbai. The medical communications team at CACTUS supports a majority of the Top 10 global pharmaceutical companies across a wide range of communications needs including writing, graphics, animation, and strategy for their regulatory and publications teams.As part of his/her key responsibilities, the QC Specialist specialist at Cactus willReview regulatory documents (e.g., protocols, amendments, IBs, CSRs, eCTD, summary documents, appendices, and clinical trial disclosures) for data accuracy against source data and consistency between the document text and the in-text tablesCheck for grammar, syntax, style, and compliance with style guides, regulatory guidelines, and publishing requirementsCheck documents generated by writers for data errors by checking annotated referencesCheck documents generated by writers for fact errors (discrepancy between source data and document, discrepancy within text, discrepancy between figures/tables and text)Be responsible for the accuracy of data (numerical and otherwise) in the documents/projects assignedEnsure timely delivery of documentsThis position requires:Minimum 2 years experience in performing QC review of regulatory/scientific documents is preferredA university degree (bachelors/masters degree preferably in the pharmaceutical sciences) or equivalent industry experienceAbility to work efficiently and independently, multitask, and prioritizeExcellent attention to detailAbility to concentrate and work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent written and oral communication skillsFunctional with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointFlexible and adaptable to changing project priorities and work assignmentsLocation: Andheri, MumbaiIf you think you meet all these requirements and have the potential to be a part of this dynamic and quality-focused team, please mail in your resume to [Confidential Information].For further details on the company, please visit the website www.cactusglobal.com
