The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing web projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.What You'll DoAgile:Strong understanding of Agile principlesAbility to lead and facilitate Agile events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)Experience in adapting Agile processes to Speechify's changing environmentProject Management:Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and task trackingSkill in managing cross-functional dependencies and coordinating team effortsExperience in maintaining accurate project documentation and weekly status reportingTechnical:Familiarity with web development and engineering workflows.
