Let's Get Down To BusinessResponsibilitiesPlan, manage and facilitate the successful execution of program timelines and milestonesCollaborate with internal and external contributors to build a client specific co-delivery plan while adhering to implantation processesActively track all activities and their status; accountable for critical project deadlines and tasksProactively engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, provide project updates and ensure overall customer satisfactionPrepare work schedule and timelines with the customer and the extended teamAnticipate and mitigate potential issues with project deliveryRegularly communicate and maintain a bridge between the customer and Capco to ensure best practice in implementation and onboardingMaintain up to date documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholdersRegularly communicate project status and circulate project information to the teamObtain final sign-off and ensure customers are fully satisfied with project completionPrepare and ensure seamless handoff of newly implemented customers to the operations teamShow Us What You've Got10+ years of project management and implementation managementExpertise in one or more of the following areas within financial services: Liquidity Management/Treasury/TBSM Demonstrated experience leading large, complex application development projectsExperience with software re-write / re-engineering / re-factoring projectsAble to lead deep-dive technical discussions for solutioningAble to provide estimates for duration/effort of design/development activitiesExperience and capabilities to speak with customer leaders to extract expectations, influence direction and manage expectationsExcellent people skillsComfortable speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders and clientsAbility to think strategically and execute tactically, enabling cross-business teamsAbility work in fast pace environment while following best practice and company processHighly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction, product development and technologyExcellent oral, listening, and written communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsBanking experience desirable but not necessaryProfessional experience is important.
