(www.recity.in)Role Overview:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing of the projects. Thisrole involves coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projectsuccess within budget and timeline constraints. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in drivingefficiency, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory standards in waste managementinitiatives.Core Responsibilities:? Responsible for project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effectiveproject communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.? Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on trackwith project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.? Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.? Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.? Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information /Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress? Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.? Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs usingappropriate verification techniques.? Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.? Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.? Prior experience of handling and managing projects is a must.? Dealing with Stakeholder and vendor management.? Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.Education and Experience:? CA, CFA qualified.? Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.? Strong written and verbal communication skills.? Strong knowledge in Budgeting and Forecasting.? Problem solving & Negotiation skills, attention to detail, organized and a team player.? Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment? Adept with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint? Capability to write crisp written documents.?
