Project Coordinator- Metro /Railway Track Work

Responsibilities1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information2. Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve3. Help prepare budgets4. Analyze risks and opportunities5. Oversee project procurement management6. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise7. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants8. Use tools to monitor working, plans and expenditures9. Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports11. Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance testsRequired Candidate Profile-1. B.E/ B.Tech./Master Civil2. 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in Metro/Rail Track projects.3. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans4. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management5. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills6. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner8. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
