The Program Manager is a key member of the Professional Services Organization and oversees the delivery of Client Software Products and services from Asia to clients across the globe. Has extensive experience managing large highly complex, client-facing, software development projects across multiple teams, employing industry best-practice methodologies and tools to deliver in a controlled, timely and cost-effective manner.Responsibilities:Be responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of the software and services implementation project from pre-kickoff to go-live, with strict adherence to scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.Work closely with various project teams simultaneously for mid to large-scale/highly complex implementation.Build and maintain professional and trusted relationships with clients, attending and presenting to required PM and Steering Group meetings as needed.Manage project delivery including project scope, budget, resources, and schedules.Identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal project delivery.Create all PM artifacts and follow the project delivery lifecycle as required by PMO.Closely monitor and control project performance including continuous cost and schedule risk assessment.Develop and deliver detailed project status reporting, billing, and KPIs to management and clients.Proactively manage project issues and risks, escalating as and when appropriate.Monitor change and ensure adherence to the change control process.Work closely with key stakeholders both within and outside of Professional Services including Product Management and R&D teams.Work closely with R&D teams on release management to the client, work closely and ensure all steps from final testing, packaging and delivery of the release to the client, including production of release documentation and update of issue tracking systems.Develop and coordinate with clients the mechanism for the raising of defects from client acceptance testing of software and different service deliveries.Look to continually improve the PM process, methodology, and toolset to improve quality and efficiency.Travel to the client site frequently to ensure the success of the program, as requiredSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.3-5 years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.PgMP certification is a plus.
