We're seeking future team members for ourEngineering business with roles located inChennai and Pune inHYBRID positions. You'll make an impact in the following ways: Provides application technical support in complex situations as well as partners with Development teams for coordination of team / project work.Monitors real time transactional data from Accounting applications through the Information Delivery architecture for exceptions. Provides incident management and problem management service for production related incidents. Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicates to management throughout the incident lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions. To be successful, we're seeking interest in the follow areas: Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required 3 to 15 experience in applications support or production environment Experience in Tech SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution.Exposure on SOA / API based S/W development Preferred knowledge on Oracle systems Strong analytical skills and attention to detail At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
