Job Summary: The Production In charge for Solar Inverters is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and production processes of solar inverters in compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and production schedules. This role involves managing a team of production staff, optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Production Planning and Scheduling:o Develop production plans based on demand forecasts.o Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.o Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines.2. Team Management:o Lead and supervise a team of production technicians and operators.o Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.o Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing needs.3. Quality Control:o Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.o Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.o Continuously improve production processes to enhance product quality.4. Inventory Management:o Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and components.o Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.o Minimize waste and optimize material usage.5.
