Product Solution Engineer

HIRING FOR RAZORPAYResponsibilities:- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production software issues promptly.- Develop and maintain monitoring solutions for both production and non-production environments.- Implement smaller feature enhancements in existing stable system components.- Automate manual tasks using scripting languages like Python, Perl, and shell scripts.- Gather and provide feedback from customer users to the team for continuous improvement.- Maintain detailed records of problem analysis and resolution activities using on-call tracking systems.Requirements:- Proficiency in MySQL with the ability to write and understand complex SQL queries, including joins.- Experience in automation scripting using languages like Python, Perl, and shell scripting.- Successful track record in a fast-paced production support environment.- Programming experience in at least one language (C++, Java, or RubyOnRails is preferred).- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective written communication skills, demonstrated by resolving customer issues through written communication.- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Prior experience in e-commerce or web services domain is advantageous.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Understanding of business problems and the capability to provide solutions or information related to business requirements.- Exposure to Hadoop and Hive queries is an added advantage.
