1. Collaborating with key product, proposition, Business Architecture, technology & operations stakeholders to define product strategies and vision to bring them on the journey for the Mobius product.2. Leading initiatives as an end-to-end product manager designing the right product concept, identifying capabilities, defining business requirements based on customer value propositions and journeys.3. Collaborating and influencing our Technology partners as a product owner to deliver a technical solution that supports the product scope and delights our customers.4. Providing vision and direction on priorities to the Agile delivery teams and connecting stakeholders.5. Act as a subject matter expert for Payment Device Lifecycle management (Mobius) Product.6. Work closely with our Partner Management team to understand and support product development and channel Migration of Lifecycle management capabilities (Card Freeze/Un Freeze, Card Activation, Card cancelation, Card security Code Validation, Check card status, Related Card Member communications, etc.) from CAS to Mobius as part of the AMP initiative.7. Lead product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new capabilities. Create and Lead Product Roadmap and Delivery.8. Playing an active role in mitigating issues and blockers to meet Release Goals.9. Regularly tracking and maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and project statuses.10. Preparing and presenting progress updates for senior leadership with confidence and honesty.11. Ability to influence partner teams roadmaps and dependencies in favor of Mobius roadmap12. Preparing and participating in Feature Refinement and PI planning, Writing Capabilities and Features, Priortizing product backlogs, etc.13. Experience of the full product lifecycle as a Product Manager is essential; PO/PM Accreditation is a MUST.14. Proven record of accomplishment in Agile product delivery with experience in a digital and highly regulated environment15. Knowledge of lifecycle management capability of any payment product is preferred.16. Ability to lead product initiatives and maintain an overall strategic trajectory.17. Ability to break a strategy down into capabilities, features, and user stories.18. Ability to envision a complex platform, from a system and business perspective end to end, and identify how a new initiative might impact the construct.19. Ability to synthe substantial amounts of complex data and identify the priority/essential elements.20. Passionate about Customer Experience, understand the importance of mapping Customer Journeys as part of UX and service design with backend capabilities.21. Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills with a proven record of accomplishment of Positively collaborating with and influencing partners22. Clear communication to explain complicated features simply to internal and external stakeholders.23. A critical thinker who can work independently to manage competing demands for time using effective communication and stakeholder management skills.24. Experienced in using Excel, Power Point and drawing process flows.25. Very strong Power Point skills and presentation skills is needed
