Product Manager

The Product Manager Launch and Delivery Specialist plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and facilitating the successful execution of assigned product launches. They collaborate closely with Product Teams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of launch processes.Key Objectives:Implement and prioritize program initiatives in line with organizational priorities.Provide guidance and support to multiple product teams to ensure efficient progress towards launch objectives.Uphold quality standards while achieving successful product launches.Develop, organize, and monitor interconnected programs.Coordinate activities across programs to ensure seamless execution.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product Managers, Release Managers, and cross-functional teams to define scope, work plans, deliverables, and resources for each program.Lead program and product launch teams to optimize timing and delegate cross-project requirements.Identify essential requirements for cross-functional teams based on the nature of each launch.Successfully deliver launch requirements within areas of responsibility, including product structure development and PID/Part creation.Partner with Delivery and Launch Managers and Business Transformation Leaders to assess risks and opportunities across managed programs and other brand initiatives.Analyze and mitigate program risks, providing progress updates to managers and stakeholders.Adapt programs swiftly in response to changes in product launch requirements.
