Responsibilities1) Work closely with business stakeholders to understand quoting requirements andtranslate them into technical designs.2) Support CPQ Operations (i.e. debook/rebook, quote updates, troubleshooting CPQissues and service requests)3) Configure CPQ settings, including products, pricing rules, and discounts, to ensureaccurate and efficient quoting.4) Automate workflows and processes within CPQ to improve efficiency and reducemanual errors.5) Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues.6) Knowledge of ETM is highly desirable.Collaborate with Sales Leadership and account teams to understand Trantor'srequirement for Salesforce ETM, their needs, and challenges.Analyze and map business processes for territory management, sales planning, andperformance tracking at Trantor.Design and architect solutions for Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) projects atTrantor, aligning with factors like territory models, assignment rules and data security.Configure and customize ETM functionality to meet Trantor's unique requirements,including territory alignment, quota management, and sales analytics.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance.Work closely with Trantor's IT teams to integrate ETM solutions with existing CRMplatforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other enterprise systems.Facilitate UAT of ETM solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and usability forTrantor's sales teams.Document solutions and provide ongoing support to Trantor post-implementation.Provide support to users of Salesforce ETM features.Qualifications1) In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ functionalities and configuration.2) Very Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its features3) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.4) Strong communication and collaboration skills.
