Product Manager

HIRING FOR RAZORPAYResponsibilities:- Engage with users to understand their needs and develop hypotheses and solutions to drive user behavior.- Gain a deep understanding of user workflows through both qualitative and quantitative insights.- Define success metrics and continuously monitor them to ensure products deliver promised value.- Collaborate with peers to prioritize products that maximize customer satisfaction.- Work closely with engineers, developers, and designers to deliver delightful product offerings.- Partner with business teams to ensure alignment with goals for increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).Requirements:- Empathy for user behavior and the ability to integrate user insights with data-driven hypotheses.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share insights and persuade stakeholders.- Proficiency in design wireframing/prototyping tools like Figma and Balsamiq.- Familiarity with data analysis using SQL is preferred.- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and stay updated with current technology trends.- Experience: 1-3 years in product management, preferably in a SaaS product company.
