Ideal for individuals skilled in business analysis and adept at navigating regulatory environments, this role focuses on enhancing and maintaining document management solutions critical for life insurance complianceDuties and Responsibilities:Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of document management systems, ensuring alignment with lifeinsurance compliance requirementsWork closely with the compliance department to anticipate and adapt to evolving regulations, maintaining full compliance forour policy contract generation systemsManage and interpret a large volume of complex business requirements, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and effectiveimplementation within document management solutionsEstablish and maintain productive relationships with compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to accurately capture anddocument requirements for document generationAnalyze and refine current document workflows for improved efficiency and compliance adherenceDirect testing and quality assurance efforts to verify accurate document implementation and complianceQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the insurance sector, with a focus on documentmanagement and regulatory complianceProficiency in understanding and applying document management systems to support business and compliance objectivesSolid foundation in business analysis techniques, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize a diverse set ofbusiness requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by excellent organizational abilitiesEffective communication skills, capable of engaging with a range of stakeholders and facilitating collaborative projectexecutionExperience in successfully managing projects through the full lifecycle in a regulatory-compliant environmentManage complex requirements and deliver solutions that meet compliance and business efficiency goals#LI-JS4#LI-Onsite
