Strategy and Planning:Understand market demands & trends by working with clients, sellers, delivery & IBM Consultants to make the strategy relevant to IBM's client base and to create solutions/products with superior value to the competition.Stay informed about advancements in quantum computing and cryptography to anticipate potential threats.Ensure that quantum-safe products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.Work with regulatory bodies and standards organizations to influence and shape quantum-safe standards. Team, Tech Leadership and Product Development:Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and developers focused on quantum-safe product development.Foster a culture of innovation, start-up speed and agility, delivery excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.Launch new offerings/enhancements, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
