Join us and discover why Micron's Global Procurement team is the preferred destination to unleash your talent!As a Procurement Compliance Analyst at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring that Micron operates within legal, regulatory and industry standards by conducting audits and reviews of procurement transactions and associated activities. You will collaborate with your team members and stakeholders, drive monitoring and assess compliance with internal policies and external requirements, identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies across business functions and geographic areas. You will participate in cross-functional initiatives in managing and monitoring compliance and establish a culture of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance ExpertiseApply deep working knowledge of all relevant policies and regulations concerning procurement transactions in India.Reporting, Auditing, and Program AdministrationAudit procurement transactions to identify abnormalities or high risk transactions.Execute a comprehensive compliance framework for procurement activities at India sites including monitoring, detection, and controls as needed to ensure compliance.Perform assurance activities including regular audits of procurement transactions and associated data using fraud detection tools.Apply strong attention to detail to reporting, auditing and investigations.Conduct compliance risk assessments, report nonconformities, and manage mitigations and/or corrective action planning.Review and update policies and procedures concerning compliance when needed.Develop training content for Procurement team members and key stakeholders to enable procurement compliance.Stakeholder Engagement & Business PartneringCollaborate with micron team members, suppliers, customers, regulatory agencies and business partners to ensure compliance.Translate communicated needs and requirements into action plans and reports.Articulate expectations and actions needed to maintain compliance with relevant regulations.Support external audits when required.You are:Collaborative and responsive, with strong business and procurement acumen.Possessing excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to integrity.Demonstrate strong communication through active listening and clear communication to convey complex issues concisely and accurately.Having an aptitude for business acumen, and data fluency, leveraging insights to make a data-driven decision.Agile in adopting new tools and ways of working towards continuous improvement to better business outcomes.Collaborating with an inclusive approach across geographical and organizational cultures to achieve mutual success for Micron.Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced and dynamic environment.Qualifications & Skills:Masters degree in supply chain, legal, finance, engineering, or a related field. Compliance/ auditor certification preferred.Bachelors degree plus 1-2 years of procurement and/or compliance-related experience preferably on large-scale construction projects or operations.Knowledgeable of procurement processes and systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, source-to-pay processes) preferred.Proficiency in O365, Sharepoint, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent will be an added advantage.Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Experience with semiconductor manufacturing in Asia or other non-US locations is desirable.Proven experience working effectively in a matrixed, global organization.About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
