We are data-driven, we make decisions, creating insight using data.We're also one of LinkedIn's top 10 hottest UK companies to work for.What we're looking for:As a driven Partnerships Executive you'll be accountable for establishing relationships with new and existing partners in the SME Space and collaborating with other teams across the business to ensure effective ongoing relationships.You will work with our Accountancy & Business Advisor partners - focused on managing & strengthening relationships to deliver a consistent flow of high-quality business referrals and ensure we exceed expectations on both sides of the relationship. Our Partners are an important part of the Funding Options team, and you will be a driving force behind a rapid scale up in our Advisory channel.Some of the things you'll be doing:Building strong and lasting relationships with Accountant, Broker & Business Consultant introducers. Being the single point of contact for your Partner portfolio and accountable for the core metrics of revenue, partner satisfaction and engagement across each Partner. Delivering education back to partners to ensure they deliver consistent quality and quantity of leads.Growing and developing your partner portfolio in line with Funding Options' platform growth. This will include identifying the right type of partner and using your Business Development skills to onboard them as a partner. Collaborating with internal teams to design and execute these partnerships and campaigns, this includes driving internal process enhancements where necessary to facilitate partner enablement.Acting as the conduit between our partners and our Product team to relay feedback to help optimise and upgrade our platform.Attending trade shows and events to network and win more partnerships for Funding Options.Working closely with our Legal & Risk teams to complete onboarding and risk assessments seamlessly. What makes you a great fit:An enthusiastic and driven mindset is essential.
