ManageOracle Fusion & EBS Finance modules production support for a group of USClients from offshore. Participate in rollouts, implementation, and upgrade of OracleFusion Finance modules as a Functional specialist.2. Gather requirements from business users and provide functional design documents totechnical team for Enhancement requests and extensions to Oracle EBS and Fusionfinance modules.3. Function as a Solution Architect and suggest solutions from oracle finance modules tomeet the business requirements of our US Clients.4. Understand and support the integration between Oracle Finance modules andthird-party applications like Concur for expense reporting, ADP for Payroll Integration, APInvoice processing Automation, Tax rate uploads, Forex rate uploads, and interfaces withBanks.5. Exposure to Cost Accounting is a plus.Qualifications1. Twoorthree Oracle EBS or Fusion application implementation experience.2. Twoorthree years of leading post-production support of Oracle EBS or Fusionapplications.3. Goodunderstanding of :a. Oracle EBS and / or Finance modules: GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, EBTax,and SLA.b. Oracle EBS and / or Fusion architecture like Multi-Org, Sub LedgerAccounting, AOL, Desktop Integration (WEB ADI).c.Accounting flows in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing andInventory.d. Knowledge of Advanced configuration around Intercompany Setup, GLConsolidation, Revenue recognition and management, Multiple ReportingCurrencies, Approval Management, Payment Manager Setup, ADRSetup, and Period Close Procedures including period end accruals,revaluations, period end reconciliations and interface monitoring.e. Exposure to Project Accounting is a plus.f.Knowledge of Hyperion, OBIEE is desirable but not a must.g. Proficiency in Excel and use of advanced features like Pivot Table,vlookup. Knowledge of VB Script and Macros is a plus.h. Knowledge of backend Oracle tables in EBS finance modules and abilityto query data using SQL is a must.4. Brilliant academic background, preferably CA / ICWA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Com from areputed educational institution.5. Exposure to US implementations is a plus.6. Soft skills: great comprehension, excellent communication skills, good leadershipqualities and ability to meticulously plan and execute are required
