Responsibilities:Have a good understanding of the Citi Risk & control framework and the underlying concepts on Risk ManagementAssist in performing the monitoring review that augment the principles defined per ARCM (Activity, Risk, Control & Monitoring)Monitor the compliance of control as appropriate to the regulatory requirement. This could be mostly in the Simple to medium complex reviews which are prescribed in nature that have a Residual Risk rating of 3 to 5 (predominantly)Collaborating with onshore and offshore team in gathering the necessary evidence required to perform the testing. Escalate any control failuresTimely submission of results in the Citi Risk & Control systemAssisting in the creation and maintenance of reports for control tracking and analysisIdentifies risks that cross the businesses and organizing cross-functional solutionsAdditional duties as assignedQualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform under pressure Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to function independently.
