Job Overview:We are looking for an Office Coordinator for a company dealing in commercial Kitchen equipment. An office coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of an office environment. Needs to handle a diverse range of tasks, including administrative duties and providing support to other staff members.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate appointments, receive calls from customers and to understand queries.Keeping track of the daily calls from clients and customers.Allotting the calls to respective departments as per the clients' queries.Regularly review and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting care plans and services as needed to ensure they effectively meet clients' evolving needs.Explain the purchase quotations and place purchase orders.Maintaining the services and call records.Job Requirements:Any graduate/ HSSC with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as an office coordinator.Good communication skills, prefers Female candidates.Good computer knowledge.Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.Location:Porvorim, GoaTiming:9.30 am to 6.00 pm [Monday to Friday].
