Role & responsibilitiesManage visibility budgets with in the approved budgets parameters to assist in delivery of company's targets.Design & timely Roll-out of monthly GT schemes in line with the allotted budget & businessguidelines.Make a Track on the spend v/s budgetsAnalyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with retailers to optimize in-store layouts and product placements.Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.Analyse sales data and market feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.Develop and manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resourcesTo track the Competitors & other FMCG activities and suggest inputs accordinglyAnalyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for BTL engagement.Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL campaigns, including events, promotions, activations, and direct marketing initiativesQualificationMBA from premier B schools with 6-10 years exp in handling Trade Marketing for General Trade from good FMCG industry only.
