Middleware Team Lead

Middleware Team Lead are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important resource data. You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.Job Responsibilities :-Installation, profile creation, configuration of WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment environment.Configuring WebSphere Application Server for high availability, including setting up server clusters, load balancing, and failover mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted application availability.Installation and configuration of JBOSS EAP as a standalone server as well as managed domainConfigure messaging subsystem by configuring various messaging resources.Good experience in configuring Web Subsystem through management console / CLI.Good experience in configuring mod_cluster subsystem.Routine administrative tasks such as starting and stopping servers, monitoring server health, and managing server resources.Able to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues such as startup failures, connectivity problems, or application deployment errors.Good troubleshooting experience in analysing server hung scenario, OutOfMemory errors, high CPU utilization scenario and come up with detailed RCA along with the resolution.Configuration of JDBC Provider, Data Sources, JMS Resources, Service Integration Bus for seamless integration with database and message providers.
