Metrics & Reporting Analyst

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an "Metrics & Reporting Analyst" to join our team.Position's General Duties and TasksIn these roles you will be responsible for:Maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting and reporting Healthcare Payer dataContinuously monitoring, identifying, and implementing the best practices, new tools, and methods in the field of metrics and reportingCreating and implementing executive level reporting strategiesAligning multiple organizations around difficult or complex solutions and issues in the field of metrics and reportingApplying a broad knowledge of application programming processes and procedures to the completion of complex assignmentsFocusing on systems architecture for global developmentProviding advanced research, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skillsPulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports.Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis.Locating and fixing errors in reportsCreating and delivering management dashboards and canned reports to support routine management oversight of business processes to ensure critical insight into exceptions and deliverables.Ensuring the highest level of support and communication is provided in an efficient and courteous manner to client, including active involvement in deliverable outputs (when necessary)Maintaining professional and trusting client relationshipsEffectively addressing critical client issues and escalationsEffectively collaborating with BPO Operations Leaders, NTT Leaders to meet/exceed deliverables.Identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, client service levels and financial results.Requirements for this role include:University degree that requires 3years formal studies2+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries2+ years of experience with data analysis and analytics2+ years of experience with TableauPreferences:-Experience with predictive modelingHands on experience with python/R coding for data analyticsExperience with US Healthcare payor datasetsRequired schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (12:00pm to 10:00pm IST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
