With Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure in focus, we are working towards building new versioned APIs to manage the DR and BackUp path within the stack.Your RoleDesign and develop applications, tools, and cloud-based services for building highly efficient engineering operationsOwn implementation, delivery, and adoption of applications, tools & cloud services using modern technologies (fast-paced environment)Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to bring requirements into high-quality & timely deliverablesLearn and contribute to the best-of-breed practices and technologies, such as Iterative development, CI/CDQuickly learn and adapt to the Cloud operations tools/technologies and infrastructure.Identify possible areas of gaps and come up with infrastructure that helps close the gaps.What You Will BringExperience and solid understanding of Disaster Recovery and Backup solutions and architectureHands-on experience with working on big data featured applications and large code baseHands-on experience with coding in at least one of the programming languages from Python/Java/C++Experience with RESTful API development using Python Django, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or such backend frameworksExperience with containerization technologies like Docker, KubernetesExperience in Virtualization technologies and Hypervisors like ESXi/KVM/AHV is recommended.Experience with application & service development in a cloud environment like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a big plus.Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT, build management tools and Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins is a big plus.Strong verbal & written communication skills3-5 years of experience developing web applicationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalentAbout the TeamAbout Your Manager:Your manager for this role is SrinivasaRaju Arjilla, Senior Manager, Engineering, who leads a team of 11.
