As a Marketing Coordinator reporting directly to the Growth and Marketing Head, you will play a pivotal role in managing various marketing workstreams. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Growth, you will be instrumental in maintaining consistency in our brand identity across all marketing channels, including the website, social media platforms, and marketing collaterals.This is for the Mutual Fund and SIP categories of Paytm. KeyResponsibilities:Brand Management:Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand identity and ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across all marketing materials.Collaboratewith the design team to create visually compelling marketing assets that align with brandguidelines. MarketingStrategyExecution:* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve companyobjectives. * Coordinatemarketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, ensuring timely execution and delivery of keymilestones. ContentManagement:Manage content creation and distribution across digital platforms, including the website, blog, and social mediachannels. Workwith internal and external stakeholders to gather content and ensure alignment with brand voice andmessaging. Analyticsand Reporting:Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns andinitiatives.
